Hi — I'm Chris. I started Miff Marketing because I watched too many great wellness brands hand their growth to generalist agencies that didn't understand the category, didn't move fast enough, and didn't actually care whether the brand made money.

Before launching Miff, I trained inside one of the top DTC growth programs in the world — the same playbook used to scale 8-figure brands. The difference is, I'm applying it to one category, not a thousand.

I built Miff to be the opposite of that. One operator. One niche. A small number of clients at any given time so each one gets obsessive attention. I run every account personally — no junior account managers, no offshore media buyers, no handoffs.

I'm in love with this category specifically — the science, the brand-building, the trust-driven buying behavior. That's why we work with beauty, health, and wellness brands, and only beauty, health, and wellness brands.

Common questions

Things brands always ask.

Why don't you run Google Ads like other agencies?
Two reasons. First, Google's policies on supplements, beauty claims, and wellness products are notoriously strict — account suspensions are common and reinstatement is brutal. Second, for this category, the actual money is on Meta, TikTok, and email. We'd rather be world-class at the three channels that drive 80%+ of your revenue than mediocre at five. When you outgrow us into a 9-figure brand and need a full Google practice, we'll happily introduce you to a specialist.
What's the minimum monthly revenue or ad spend?
There's no hard floor, but we work best with brands already doing $30K+ per month in revenue with at least $5K/month in current ad spend. If you're pre-revenue or pre-product-market-fit, an agency isn't your bottleneck — your offer is. I'll tell you that directly on the call.
Do you handle content production / film the videos?
No. We don't shoot content — you do, or your creators do. What we do is take your raw footage, UGC, and product visuals and turn them into ads engineered to perform. We brief, edit, iterate, and ship new creative every week. Most wellness brands already have the content gold — they just don't know how to use it.
How fast do you launch after signing?
Week one: full audit, account access, tracking rebuild, first creative batch. Week two: ads live, flows launching. By day 14, you have a working system in market — not a 90-day onboarding limbo.
Can you work with my existing agency / in-house team?
In some cases, yes — typically as a paid social and retention specialist alongside an in-house brand or content team. We don't usually overlap with another paid social agency. Bring it up on the call and we'll figure out the right structure.
